CamPrima property services Ltd is a small firm of letting agents, based in Cambridge, who have widespread knowledge and experience of the local market of rental properties. This company has been recently established by Mr Stephen Wilsher, formally employed for many years by the highly regarded and well known "First Site Property Services Ltd", who, as many local people will know, had their premises situated in Norfolk street in Cambridge city centre.

With thanks to the versatile experience I have gained through my years with First Site where I undertook all aspects of property rentals, which varied from taking prospective tenants to view properties to valuation and marketing, I am now able to offer my services in a unique "beginning to end" manner, giving my landlords a totally professional yet thoroughly personal service which will enable both landlord and tenant alike to speak directly with the person who can answer their questions.

Many problems which occur within the letting industry are caused either by over-valuation of property, which unfortunately many agents will do in order to gain a client, or by simple lack of communication due to the personnel of companies having insufficient knowledge of detail which are crucial to the properties they are presenting to prospective tenants.
